The male area, known as the air capsule area, utilizes customized cutting and piercing processes to create a micro air-circulation system. On the other hand, the female area, known as the temperature storage area, employs baffle box and fulling processes combined with Rapid's micro-pressure technology. This combination effectively locks in the temperature, providing a cozy and snug experience for women.

The Couple Quilt comes in various sizes, including 200*230cm, 220*240cm, and 248*248cm, ensuring compatibility with different bed sizes and preferences. The design features high-quality goose down, known for its excellent insulation properties, ensuring optimal warmth and comfort.

Yao Lu, the mastermind behind the Couple Quilt, embarked on extensive research to address the challenges of creating a quilt with dual temperature control. Collaborating with a Japanese doctor specializing in healthy sleep, Lu conducted numerous sleeping tests and studied the different ergonomics of men and women. This thorough research laid the foundation for the innovative design of the Couple Quilt.

The development of the Couple Quilt was not without its challenges. Creating a quilt with two different temperatures presented unprecedented difficulties. However, Lu's meticulous approach and careful consideration of the design concept led to the selection of the most suitable production processes. Advanced quilting techniques, such as the use of the KANSI sewing machine and advanced linking technology, were employed to seamlessly combine the two quilts into one. Additionally, a higher-than-standard No. 9 needle with finer and denser holes was used to prevent down from escaping through gaps.

The Couple Quilt has received well-deserved recognition for its innovative design. It was awarded the Bronze A' Design Award in the Furniture Design category in 2021.
